Welcome to AppKox. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of AppKox's digital services including Digital Business Cards, QR Code Generator, and any other services provided by WebAppt Technologies ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AppKox services for:

• Illegal activities or content
• Impersonation or misrepresentation
• Unauthorized access to systems
• Sending spam or unsolicited communications

Additional Enforcement: If we notice or receive notification that a user has added inappropriate content — including but not limited to prohibited catalog items, misleading information, offensive material, fraudulent links, or any other content that violates these terms — we may, without prior notice, suspend or permanently delete the digital business card or associated account.

This includes, but is not limited to, cases where content is found to be:

• Fraudulent or deceptive
• Violating third-party rights (e.g., copyright, trademark, privacy)
• Harmful to AppKox's reputation or other users
• Containing inappropriate catalogs, products, or services

Important: No refunds, data recovery, or account restoration will be provided in such cases. You are solely responsible for the content you add to your digital card.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on the AppKox platform are the property of AppKox Technologies. You retain ownership of content you create but grant us a license to host and display it.
