Thank you for choosing AppKox. We want you to be completely satisfied with our digital business card and QR code services. Please read our refund policy carefully.
1. Digital Products - No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and services, we generally do not offer refunds once a service has been delivered or accessed. This includes:
- Digital business card creation and customization
- QR code generation and download
- Any digital file or link that has been generated
2. Subscription Services
For monthly or yearly subscription plans:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- No refunds for partial months or unused periods
- You will retain access to the service until the end of your paid period
3. One-Time Payments
One-time purchases (premium QR codes, custom designs, etc.) are non-refundable once delivered. Please review your purchase carefully before completing the transaction.
4. Exceptions - When Refunds May Be Considered
We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
- Technical issues - If a service is completely unusable due to our error and we cannot resolve it within 7 days
- Duplicate payment - If you were accidentally charged twice for the same service
- Unauthorized purchase - If your account was compromised and used without authorization
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Transaction ID or invoice number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request (detailed explanation)
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Processing time: 7-14 business days depending on your bank
- You will receive a confirmation email once processed
- Service access will be terminated upon refund approval
7. Free Trial
We may offer free trials for certain services. No payment information is required for free trials. You will not be automatically charged after the trial period ends.
