Spare Parts availability check
- List of required spare parts for each Job card registered.
- Spare parts availability status updation (Available/Unavailable/Reserved)
STEP 4
ADVISOR
Spare Parts order confirmation
Advisor will confirm each spare parts replacement entered in the job card by contacting the customer.
- Spare parts order confirmation (Approved / Later).
- Spare parts availability status list after order confirmation.
- Unavailable spare parts status:
- Place order with vehicle status (Vehicle-in / out)
- Lost order
STEP 5
TECHNICIAN
Work completion & delivery status
Technician will update status of Job work carried out.
- List of Jobs done as per the job card
- Status updation: Completed/ deferred.
- Deferred Jobs: Customer not approved or Unavailability of spare parts.
STEP 6
INSPECTOR
Final Inspection
Inspector check the vehicle as per the work completion report. If found work is not completed, reverted back to technician for rework with remarks else work completion approved and status changed as ready for delivery.
